Sustainable development begins when women and youth have the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive. At Devrite Community Foundation (DCF), we believe that empowered women and youth are powerful agents of change. Through our Women and Youth Empowerment Program, we promote economic independence, leadership, skills development, and social inclusion. By investing in women, young people, and adolescent girls, we help build resilient households and stronger communities where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
Program Components
1. Skills Training & Vocational Education
Lack of skills limits economic opportunities for women and youth. Our programs build confidence and long-term economic stability, provide vocational and life-skills training for women and young mothers, and support market-relevant skills that lead to employment or self-reliance

2. Women & Youth-Led Income-Generating Activities
Economic independence is key to empowerment. We support women by strengthening pathways to sustainable income, promoting women-led businesses and agribusiness initiatives, and providing mentorship and startup support

3. Support for Adolescent Girls & Young Women
Protecting and empowering girls secures the future. Our initiatives reduce vulnerability through education and mentorship, provide reproductive health awareness and life-skills education and support adolescent girls to stay in school and build confidence
