Frank holds a Master’s in Biotechnology from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, India, and a Bachelor of Science with Education (Biology major) from Makerere University, Uganda. Frank manages operations, administration, and strategic coordination. His background in biotechnology, research, and education strengthens Devrite’s technical and organizational capacity.
